1. Acceptable Use for Non-Profit Organizations
By accessing NonaOps (operated by Digital Maples Labs Inc.), registered Canadian charities and qualified donees agree to use the platform exclusively for legal grant discovery, donor stewardship CRM, casework management, and organizational governance in alignment with CRA regulations.
2. CRA Receipting Responsibility
While NonaOps automates serial numbering and CRA tax receipt generation, organization officers remain legally responsible for verifying donor eligibility, gift values, and dual sign-off authorized signatures.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Security Guarantee
NonaOps guarantees a 99.9% uptime SLA for tenant workspaces backed by automated daily backups, PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processing via Stripe, and TLS 1.3 encrypted email routing via Resend.
4. Governance & Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Organization administrators are required to configure board-approved AI Acceptable Use Policies inside the Governance module before delegating AI proposal generation or RAG queries to staff members.
